Chapter One

"Sixteen times twelve divided 2 is..uh..God!"

I stared blankly at the page in front of me. Math always did this to me and now I felt exceptionally dumb.

"Okay um the answer is.." I repeated, thinking hard. "Why the hell is math so god damn hard?!" I said out loud.

"To make you think," I heard from my bedroom window.

I jumped up and looked over at the opened window. Since my room is on the third floor you don’t expect people to be at your window, especially at 10:30 at night.

"Who...what the hell?" I said and walked over to the window.

There on my ledge on top of a wobbly ladder stood my lab partner Frances Wentz or so I thought.

"Frances what are you-" I began.

"I’m not Frances," he interrupted, "I’m his brother Pete."

"Um…I don’t think I’ve ever met you," I told him, "How did you get up here?"

"The ladder. I climbed," he told me.

I laughed, "Okay then, do we have any classes together?" I asked.

"Uh no, I dropped Chem or I would have had that with you and Mr. Anal," Pete replied.

"Oh, "I said, amazed how much he looked like Frances except that he wasn’t so prim and proper. He wore eyeliner and had more of a punk rocker image, and I had to admit he was cute. "Um so why are you on the ladder on my bedroom window ledge?" I asked.

"Well um I like you...well my band’s playing the homecoming dance and I was um wondering if you'd go with me?" He asked looking extremely nervous.

I pressed my lips together. A cute guy at my window, begging for my hand to the dance, what would I say? HELL YEAH!!

"I'd love to go with you," I told him, "What’s your number or you IM?"

"Ooh um Vampireseatflesh@Hotmail.com," he told me, "You gonna add me up?" he grinned as he asked.

"Maybe," I replied, "If your lucky."

He laughed at my lame joke as i heard my father come to the door.

"Shit, you gotta go, I’ll see you at school," I told him and closed my curtains, then raced back to my bed with a huge grin on my face. Something was about to begin.

"Everything okay in here honey?" My dad asked.

"Uh fine, I was just doing some homework," I told him.

"Okay honey but you should close your window, its kinda drafty," he told me and began to cross the room to my window.

"Uh...dad, I’M HOT!" I practically screamed.

"Ahh...well okay but close it before you go to sleep okay?" he said.

"Yup," I said, "Night dad."

"Night manda," he replied and messed up my hair then left the room.

I sighed with relief that was close. I walked over to the window opened the curtains and no one was there. I let out a breath and closed the window Pete Wentz could be trouble, I had to watch it.

Chapter Two

"So he just climbed up to your bedroom window?" My friend Ashley asked me. I nodded as we walked around the school during lunch hour. "Aww that's so cute...in a stalker-ish kinda way," she said.

"Yeah it was but it was really creepy too," I told her, "But on the plus side he was really hot!"

Ashley laughed. "So what does Romeo look like?" she asked.

"Like um...Frances," I told her.

"Er.. that’s sick he’s really like…weird, "Ashley said.

"No but he’s so hot, like he has blackish blondish hair and he has this punk rock thing going on," I told her.

"Ahh I wanna see, let's find him," Ashley suggested.

"Yeah right, then who'd be the stalker," I replied, "He's in the band performing for homecoming.”

"Nice," Ashley said, "C'mon let’s get nachos or something, I’m starving."

"You always are," I replied and linked arms with her.

We walked into the cafe and I saw him. Pete was with a few other guys and few girls, preps or groupies, I had heard that their band was very good so why shouldn't he have groupies right?

"Oh my God Ash lookie," I whispered.

"What?" she asked as we passed their table.

"It’s Pete," I whispered to her.

"Ooh," she squealed, "Which one?"

Pete hadn't noticed us I guess but he did when Ashley squealed.

"Hey Manda," he said and got up, "What’s up?"

"Uh not much, just gonna get some nachos or something, you?" I said.

"Same old, same old..um can I uh join you?" he asked.

"Sure," Ashley said.

He laughed.

"Uh Pete this is my partner in crime Ashley Adams and uh Ash, Pete Wentz, Frances’ brother," I introduced them.

"No way, Frances is so anal," she said.

"Tell me about it," Pete replied and we all laughed.

"So about them nachos," I said and we all walked to the line up. "So your band, what’s the name of it? "I asked as we all sat in the front school yard under an old tree.

"No name," he replied.

"Haha totally Trent Falcon," Ashley laughed.

I giggled and Pete looked at us. "Never mind, it’s just some loser from 7th grade," I told him, "So y'all don’t have a name for the band for real?”

"Nope, maybe you can help me," he suggested.

I grinned, "Maybe," I replied as Ashley’s cell went off.

"It’s Devan," she said, "I’ll see you guys later, nice to meet ya Pete."

"Yeah see ya," he replied and we watched her go. "So she’s nice," Pete said.

"Yeah she’s awesome," I replied, feeling an awkward silence come across us.

"So the dance will be fun hey?" he said.

"I hope so," I replied, "I can't wait to see you play, what do you do sing?"

"Bass player," Pete told me.

"Aww cool, sounds hot," I said.

"It’s ok, I pick up chicks," he replied.

I smiled, he was so cute, I just wanted to kiss him.

"Um if I wanted to put my hand on yours would that be cool?" Pete asked.

"Sure," I replied and he rested his hand on mine. I felt this tingle run through my body. I looked at him and our eyes met and I just wanted to kiss him. "Um if I kiss you would that be cool?" I asked.

"Totally," Pete replied and leaned it.

RING!!!

"Killed by the bell," I said and got up.

"Walk you to class?" He offered.

"Sure," I replied and we headed inside.

I spent the entire afternoon thinking about Pete, lucky for me we had IP30 after lunch so I could fill Ash in.

Mestupchick: ?Hello

"fuck"I said. why would Pete invite her to see the band play I thought he liked me!.

I Met Ashley at her locker at the end of the day.
"pete invited you to see his band play what the hell?"I said the secound she was in earshot. "what?"Ashley replied, "Pete? No Patrick asked me to come, he asked me in Bio". "Oh"I said relieved. "I wouldn't have said yes to him anyways"Ashley told me, "he's not my type you of all people should know that". "Yeah" I said, "c'mon let's go this place is hell on wheels except without wheels". "you just made yourself sound really blonde and ditzy"Ashley informed me. "dont i always"I replied and we headed out to pick up some grub and hear Petes Band Play.

We got to the legion around 4:45 Pizza in hand and a case of Dr.Pepper.
"she said,she said why don't you just drop dead", we heard the music as we walked into the building. "sounds good"Ashey commented as we walked into the main area where the band was preforming. "aww look at Pete"I said. "yeah, look at pat"she replied. I smiled could we be the future girlfriends of rockstars?I woundered as we sat down on an old amp and watched the guys practise they did so for about half-hour and i had to admit they were extremely good hell i'd buy there record. "let's take a few"Patrick said into the mike when they finished there set. "sounds good to me"Pete said and walked over to us. "hey"he said. "hi"I replied, "your awesome". he grinned. "THanks". "totally KICK-A"Ashley added opening the pizza box,"so um we thought you guys might like a little afternoon pick me up". "Dude thats awesome"Pete said then looked at me, "Thanks". "no problem"I replied and handed him a pop. Everyone began to digg in and began swapping stories.It was really hard to believe that these guys had gone to school with us and we had never noticed them.
"um wanna go someplace more quiet?"Pete asked me a little while later when everyone else was distracted. "yah"I replied and he took my hand.
He lead me to a room with a couch and tv in it and a few beer bottles it was easy to see this place wasn't used very often. "This is a nice cozy place"I said as he lead me to The couch. we both sat down. "so um i was thinking we could pick up where we left off this afternoon"Pete suggested. "sounds perfect"I replied and leaned in and kissed him, His lips were so soft and he was an incredible kisser, i had never felt like this with any other guy, he moved his hands up my arm and down to my chest, I wanted to hold onto this feeling forever it was like being on a rollar coaster a thrill that was dangerous at the same time.
"Pete...Manda...FIRE!!"Ashley screamed.
I pulled away from Pete and we looked at eachother and grinned. "I wish it was a fire"He joked and kissed me again. "Manda..are you in here?"Ashley asked opening the door. "No, no im not"I replied. "there you are"she said, "we gatta go Justins in town". "Justins...In...town?"I questioned slowly. "and Devan to"she added, "they wanna meet us at DQ". "whos Justin?"Pete asked. "My boyfriend"I told him and got up following Ashley out of the room. "Boyfriend?"I heard pete say as we headed straight into disaster.

[u]CHAPTER FOUR[/u]
Don't ask me how but i had completely forgotten i had a boyfriend, you see its not your typical relationship i had met Justin on a trip to Prince Albert with Ashley and her parents she and Devan had been together for like a year and Justin was his bestfriend, well Justin was very cute and he had showen alot of intrest in me while i was in PA and well when he asked me to be his girlfriend i didn't know how to say no so i said yes and since it was longdistance it didn't really seem like a real relationship, sure justin talked about us getting married and shit but that was all talk right? I mean he never had actually come down to see me he had promised he would but never actually and truth be told like i I said i forgot he was my boyfriend we I'M'd regularly but it was"t anything special and i really liked pete!.
"how do you know that they're in town?"I asked Ashley. "because Devan just called me and said he called my house and my parents told him i wasn't home and he said he was hoping we were there because Justin has a suprise for you"She informed me. "Oh God"I said getting sick to my stomach if he propposed i'd just die i would, I didn't wanna be in a relatioship with this guy let alone marry him.
I just wanted to run back to petes arms but now that he knew i had a boyfriend he would proubly never wanna talk to me again and proubly thought i was cheap.
We pulled up To DQ and walked inside it was hard to miss Devan and Justin 1) because they were so loud and 2)the group of preps around them.
"hello"I said sittng down across from Justin. "hey sweetie"He said and leaned over to kiss me. I let him but i didn't enjoy it. "wow you look great"Justin told me. "well i Don't try"I replied as he took my hand. I forced a smile as Ashley sat with Devan. "so um you have a suprise for me?"I asked pushing my hair behind my ear with my spare hand. "yup"He replied proudly, "I do". "well what is it?"I asked. "well why don't I show you?"he asked. "really you can just tell me"I replied. He laughed and leaned over to kiss me again, this was weird just a few minutes ago i was comfortable making it with Pete now Justin was showering me with kisses and i wanted to kill myself. "sorry im just tired today"I lied. "its cool because ill be able to spend loads of time with you"Justin told me. "ooh"I said,"why?". "well I'm moving here"he told me. "YOUR WHAT!!"I practically screamed. "I'm Moving here to battleford"he told me. "but why you like PA?"I asked. "well i like PA yes but i love you and i wanna be with you is that not allowed?"Justin asked. "uh..no it's not"I told him and pulled my hand away from his. "Justin i dont love you anymore allright its been to long you've broken to many promises and lied to many times i think its best if we see other people and not eachother anymore"I told him in one breath. He looked shocked for a secound. "Manda I bought a house here to be with you and you are braking up with me?"He asked. "yes"I told him,"sorry". "is there someone else?"He asked. "YEah there is"I told him proudly,"and hes amazing". I got up and walked away from him not looking back i Just wanted to get back to pete to the comfort of his arms and tell him that Justin didn't mean a thing to me.

I walked back to the Legion the band was still there i could them playing and i walked inside."down down sugar were going down swinging" I heard pat sing as i walked into view Pete stopped playing and walked offstage toward the back. "PETE"I called, "wait". "i dont think you better bug him"Steve suggested. "but I like him Alot"I told him. "yeah well your boyfriend might not"He said. "I dumped my boyfriend I like Pete"I told him and pushed past Steve to follow pete to where we sat making it earlier that afternoon.
"Pete"I said, "Pete I'm sorry i didn't Tell you about Justin". "sure ya are"Pete replied looking up at me chewing on gum and looking pissed. "seriously it completely slipped my mind"I told him. "well thats lovely"He said, "let's all live happily ever after". "Pete listen okay"I said and walked closer to him. "no you listen"Pete told me,"you just a player like she was". "i..I didnt mean to do anything to hurt you"I told him. "yeah right thats what she said"He said. "Pete i left Justin to be with you"I told him,"you are amazing and i really like you". "sounds like bull to me"He replied. "Just go you've cause enough demage". I stood there shocked.
"it was only a kiss"I said,"get over it". Then i turned and stormed off toward home tears in my eyes see disaster.

[u]CHAPTER FIVE[/u]
I walked home as slowly as i could, what had i done? i had found the perfect most cute guy ever and i had ruined things because i had forgotten I had a boyfriend who the hell forgets they have a boyfriend? Honestly maybe Petes right i am a player, These thoughts ran through my mind the whole walk home nothing could make things worse i thoguht then caboom like that it began to rain not dribble but downpour.
"fucking lovely"I said and quickened my pace my house was only down the street and 3houses up but the rain made it seem farther and it frustrated me but i refused to cry because as worse as a day i was having right now i knew someplace somewhere someone else was far worse off.
I walked up to my driveway and saw Justins mustang parked in the driveway. "dear lord"I thought outloud and walked up my steps and opened the door.
"and i dunno whats gottin into her because she was kinda odd at Dairy queen today she wanted to brake up"I heard Justin say. "Nothings gotten into me"I said walking into the room with my arms folded across my chest, "Justin its over honestly let it go". "mandy Sweetie you just gatta get used to me again how bout i take you to home coming?"He suggested. "No"I replied, "i'm not going okay just get out and leave me alone im serious its over". Justin looked at me and he knew this time was for good. "fine whatever dont ever come crawling back"he warned. "I think ill contain myself"I replied and headed up to my room full of anger.
I sighned online and ashed IM'd me ASAP

Mestupchick:um..he called me a player like her who im guessing is his ex and i dont think he ever wants to talk to me what the hell was i thinking, I really liked him why do i fuck everything good up?

Mestupchick:I tried but he doesn't wanna talk to me ever again
XxRiotGurlxX:he will I uh talked to Pat and um hes not mad at me because um..I told him about Devan and how i was ganna brake things off

I got up from the compter and opened my window there on his cellphone stood pete with a smile on his face and a red rose. "come in"I told him and pulled him into my room and onto my bed.

CHAPTER SIX
"i..am...so...sorry"I managed to spit out between kisses. "Its
fine"Pete replied moving his hand up my shirt. "Can we do
this?"I woundered as he removed my shirt, sure we could I
mean its not like anything bad was ganna happen to us
right?.

"beep...beep...beep" The alarm clock woke me up and i
rolled over to my left and hit someone. "what the fuck?"I
said and saw Pete sleeping soundly in his boxers a anglelic
smile on his face. I smiled as a tap came on my door and
the smile quickly faded.

"IM UP!"I yelled and rushed to the door. "allright" My father
replied, "do you want a ride this morning?". "Uh no ill uh
walk to school" I told him. "ok then" he said and i closed the
door quickly and locked it. "what time is it?" Pete asked

sitting up. "like 7:45" I told him and crawled into my bed
beside him. He smiled and I kissed him.

"that was really cool" He told me. I nodded and grinned as
he began to put his things back on. "so uh Um i gatta go get
my shit for school do you uh..wanna eat lunch together?" He
asked. "sure" I replied, "i'd like that". "kay cool" he said and
leaned over and kissed me again, "see ya". "bye" I replied
and watched him go out my window and once he was gone
I collapsed onto my bed with a huge grin on my face.

"BONK!!" I heard come from the computer.

I sighned off line the went to get dressed.

Now I had never really cared what i wore to school because
the people at schools opions never really mattered much to
me but for some reason i did care now like I wanted to
impress Pete like He was all i thought about and i
woundered as i got dressed what he'd think of my hair and
make up and what exactly attracted him to me, whatever it
was i wanted it to stay.

CHAPTER SEVEN
-------------------------
Pete and I decided without words that we were an Item, I
was thrilled of course and Ashley comminted how much I
smiled now, i hadn't changed i just improved!

"so do you wanna go out to eat?"Ashley asked me one day
in november almost 4 and half weeks since i'd met Pete.
"um..uh well not really"I replied as we layed on the gym floor
durning physed watching the boys PE run laps Pete and
Patrick were in that class. "allready got plans?" she asked.
"no" I replied, "i'm just not feeling that hot this week". "oh
well wanna have a girls night and watch some movies?"
She suggested. "your place or mine?" I replied. "um yours
dads being a prick again and he and mom are fighting again
Honestly I dunno why they dont just get a damn divorce"
Ashley said. "fuck to if Know" I replied, "c'mon lets get a
drink my stomach is upset".

The two of us got up and i must have gotten up to fast
because I suddenly felt dizzy and whatever went into my
stomach at lunch this afteroon infested the gym floor.

"OH my God!" Ashley exclaimed, "Manda are you okay?". I
just looked at her as both physed classes gathered around
me and i became slightly embarassed. "what it's not like
you've never seen vomit before" I said harshly and booked it

as a fast as i could into the hallway, "Miss. lynn please go to
the nurses station she'll fix you up" ms.Connars told me. I
nodded but didn't intend to actually go i just walked by it and
peeked inside and saw the lights off at least i could use that
as an excuse if she asked why i didn't go to the room.

I just walked down to my locker and Pete was standing
there with his arms crossed. "um are you cutting?" I asked
as i approched him. "well yeah but i came to see if your
okay" he replied and wrapped his arms around me. "yeah
i'm just not having a good week" I told him, "that's so sweet
you came to check on me", I smiled and kissed him. "course
i did I love you" he said softly. I looked at him his first time
saying he loved me and despite the pain in my stomache it
was perfect!. "awwz Pete" I said , "I love you to". Both of us
stood there grinning like idots untill the bell rang secounds
later. "so um what's up for tonight?" He asked. "Girls night
with Ash watching some movies" I told him. "ahh Mind if i
crash?" Pete asked. "yes I mind" I replied, "but do it and
make Pat come to okay?". "okay can do" he told me, "and i
have a something for you to so be prepared". "Prepared?
What?" I yelled at him as he hurried down the hall,
sometimes i swear i don't get that kid!.

"check"

"Dr.pepper..PEPSI omg PEPSI!" Ashley said.

"Check" I told her and laughed. The two of us we're
prepareing for our girls night movie marathon except for
Petes idea to crash except Ashely did not know a thing
about that hehe. "so shall we start with Titanic?" i asked.
"yes" Ashley agreed, "just part 2 part 1s a dragg!". "no ya
think" I replied and popped the tape into the vcr and got settled on the couch.

"it's really creepy to think people still swim in that
ocean?" Ashley said shuttering. I laughed at her and
threw a popcorn at her head. "1500 people died and
that's all you can think?" I said. "well those poor
sharks" she added then began to laugh as the doorbell
rang. "oooh you ordered Pizza?" she asked and
rushed to the door. "not exactly" i replied hurrying
behind her as she opened the door.

CHAPTER 8
"your effing kidding me" Ashley said as Pete stood on
the step holding 4 ice caps from timmys and a sexy
grin. "what?" Pete asked, "I brought you coffee".
"whatever" Ashley replied, "shove it im outie... don't
bother calling okay ill hang with Patrick". "but.." I
began. "no save it okay have fun with your boyfriend
he's all you care about anyways". Ashley grabbed her
stuff from off the couch and booked it out faster then
you could say Mississippi.

"I thought you were bringin Pat with you?" I said as the
door slammed. "well he was ganna be a little

late" Pete told me, "but guess he'll proubly catch her on
his way". "fuck i feel like a big bitch this was supposed
to be girls night not pete come over and fuck things up
night" I said ranting. He looked hurt for a secound. "not
like that baby" i said and touched his cheek to spare
his feelings. "i know what you mean" Pete replied, "i'm
sorry ill go get her". I shook my head. "no..no it's fine
she just needs to cool down then we'll be cool again so
um..Ice caps?"I said and Pete grinned.

Pete stayed over for a couple of hours and we watched
bloody Mary 6, but halfway through my mom came
home from the a bar or Bingo or someplace and was a
bit drunk and started on us, so Pete Booked it off for home not before giving me a goodnight kiss I might add :) .
"who was that?" Mom asked slurring as she slumped
on the couch. "that was Pete my boyfriend mother you
know him" I told her and began cleaning up, "wheres
daddy?". "wheres daddy?"she mimicked,"who gives a
flying fuck your fathers a cheap cheating bastard". I
looked at my mom she was a mean drunk!. "okay
mama whatever you say..Goodnight" i said. "your
pregnant arn't you?"she demanded, "i see you getting
fat and you look like a god damn ghost". "NO i am not"
I replied giving her a strange look, "and I am always
pale..Goodnight". "your not raising that child here" she
roared as i walked up the steps. I rolled my eyes and
went straight up to my room to IM.

I walked into my bedroom appauled at my mothers behavior

me pregnant? HA..don't make me laugh, but then the

thought struck me i was late!! like a week or so and i really

hadn't thought much of it untill that very moment, I decided i

should definitly do some reasearch into the whole

pregnancy thing to see if i was a bit paranoid boy did i wish i
was just a bit paranoid.

I logged onto my computer and right away Ashley IM'd me.

Mestupchick:good um..im ganna be a little busy for a bit so
um ill message you when im free okay?

I set my status to away and began to research on symptoms
of pregnancy and nearly fell over when i read what i found

-Nausea

-headache

-missed menstrual period.

-diarria

-heartburn and a few more that weren't all that important but
i had I nearly literally fell over like i said I had to hold the

desk for support, I was pregnant but what the hell was i

going to do?,first thing was first find out if i was for surely

pregnant then panic.

what did i do now? Tell Pete or like find out? tell my mother
or most likely not!, Tears sprung to my eyes, i was so
terrified at the possibility of being pregnant.

Chapter TEN

"PREG-nant!"Ashley exclaimed almost yelling as we stood
in the hall beside our lockers, "oh my god, does pete
know?". I shook my head grabbing my binder. "i havn't
talked to him about it yet because well i really don't want it
to be true"I exsplained. "well um we can skip now and go to
the planned pregnancy clinic" she suggested. "Planned
pregnancy Ashley" i said,"This was an accident, like i dunno
i'd be so embaressed". "it's nothing to be ashamed of" she
assured me.

"and you'd know how?" I asked. "because...I..."she began
and took a deep breath," I was pregnant".

I looked at her stunned, she had been pregnant and when
what the hell happened to the baby? did she miscarry or

have an abortion.

"it was devons"she said answering my questions before i
could ask them,"and i got an abortion because i was only 14
and he was hitting me and i was suicidal my parents never
even knew". "why didn't you tell me?" I asked softly as tears
cam to her eyes. "I was so ashamed i'd let that happenen

to me"she told me, "I thought i didn't have any other option,
but Mandy you do please go find out ill be with you, and
Pete is in love with you he won't leave you, Please go find
out for sure". I saw the hurt in her eyes i had never knowen
or would have guessed that she had ever gone through
such a thing in her life.

"let's go" I said. Ashley smiled at me and we headed down

the hall towards the back exsit.

Pete and Patrick were hanging out in the backstair case

Pete saw us like 6 feet before we reached them and came

replied and leaned in and let him kiss me. "where are you

gals heading to?"Patrick asked. "starbucks" Ashley lied.

"you don't like coffee"He replied. "uh..no for tea" she tried,

"well we'll come with you"Pete said. "NO!"both girls practicly

screamed. "okay.."Pete said suspiciouly, "what's going on?".
"nothing"I told him, "It's just a girls thing thats all since you

crashed ours the other night". "ahh"He said nodding, "well

have fun" he told me, "let's do lunch okay?". I nodded and
kissed him goodbye, Ash hugged patrick and we hurried off.

"that was so close"i said my heart racing. "yeah"she kinda

giggled.

We walked 6 blocks to the clinic which was actually across
from starbucks, i was so nervous to go inside i was literly

shaking, Ashley had to hold me up a few times in the

waiting room. "im scared"I whispered. "don't be"she replied,
"all you do is pee in a cup not hard at all". I was relieved
there would be no needles involved.

at about 9:30 the receptionist called my name and i got up

"want me in there?"Ashley asked. "no..I think i'll be fine" I

replied, "wish me luck". Ashley smiled and said "Luck" as I

walked into the examination room.

The nurse had me sit on the table and tell her what i was
there for and when i told her just like ashley had said she

handed me a cup to pee in and the results would be ready
in about 10minutes.

I sat in the examination with my stomach eating its self, I

wanted to throw up, hide, what was ganna happen? was I

ganna be a mom? or was it false, please let it be false!.

10 minutes later the nurse returned with a grim look on her

face. "congradulations,,,your ganna be a mother"she told
me. I was shocked, i felt light headed, this was not happening!!!

CHAPTER ELEVEN

"are you allright miss?" The nurse asked. I simply nodded
and got up. "do you have a ride or something you look pale"
she said. "i'm fine i have a friend with me" I replied and
headed to get Ash so we could leave.

She jumped up the secound she saw me. "Manda are you
?" she asked. "yup...I'm Pregnant"I Replied spitting out the

words, it still hadn't quite sunk in, and well i didn't know what

i was ganna do, telling Pete was ganna be hard we just

barley started dating, what if he denied he was the father?

he didn't seem to be like that but we weren't super close

just yet...but like my mother said, he loves you till he gets
you into trouble then hes quick to say it wasn't me, I hoped

to God Pete wasn't like that!.

Ashley tried to talk to me on the walk back to school but my

mind was so clouded she might as well been talking to a

brick wall.

When we got back to school it was halfway through 2nd
Period, we snuck in the back doors, "im just ganna skip the
rest of secound" i told her," I need to think". "want me to
stay with you?" Ashley asked. I shook my head I wanted

some alone time, time to think I had to brake the news to

my Parents and Pete and his parents and soon i'd be known

as the town slut, that's what my cousin was knowen as
when she got pregnant at 15 and so was my 3rd cousin at
17 and her sister at 17, what would make me any diffrent,

I knew that i wasn't any slut but the words would definitly
hurt!.

The Bell rang before I knew it and it was time for health.

I got up and rushed to my locker grabbed my morning
binder and hurried down the hall to my class, I sat in my
usual seat and Ashley soon joined me as did Patrick and
Pete, we usual sat in a quadro of fours so it went Pete and
Me in the back to desk and Ash and Pat in the front two,
easy access to pass notes and talk.

"Hey" Pete said sitting down beside me and handing me a

dandilion. "hey" I replied and picked the weed up, as stupid

as it sounded I love Dandlions!, just the smell of em. "aww

cute weed" Ash commented sitting down. "i know" i replied

trying to be as normal as possible. "so have some good

Java?" Patrick asked. "yeah" We both replied. "what'd u
have?" Pete asked. "um..a..cappacio" I lied. "really?" He
asked challangeing me. "really" I said getting a tad
annoyed. "well pat and i decided to follow you guys to the

Starbucks" Pete told me, "you weren't in there". I looked at

him. "How dare you follow me!" I said raising my voice as

the teacher came into the room. "okay settle down miss
Adams" she told me. I gave one last glance at pete as she

orginized her thoughts to began the lesson.

"mind telling me why y'all went to planned parenthood?" He

asked. "okay mr.Wentz shush" the teacher warned, and
then turned to the board.

"we will be starting the new unit today" she told us,
"somthing you all will proubly find boaring but its in the

curriculum". and she wrote SEX ED on the board.

Sex ed what a joke! i picked up my binder and walked right

outta class what did i need sex ed for i was allready

knocked up.

"fuck this" i said to myself and stocked off down the hall,
"MANDA!" Pete called coming after me, "Manda!". I tried to

ignore him but he caught up with me and grabbed my arm.

"what pete?" I asked turning toward him. "do you wanna tell

me what's going on?" he asked. "not really no" i replied
pulling my arm away. "well if you are sick i wanna know" He

told me. "you followed me today" i said,"that's pitiful, god
forbid I do somthing without you!". "what? what the hell is
your problem?" he demanded. "I would say you but your

My last statement shocked him, "yeah well who's fault is

you love, why don't you go raise your bastard child together

Tears sprang to my eyes, never had anyone spoke to me

in such harsh words and it hurt so bad!

CHAPTER TWELVE

I ran all the way home, my head was spinning and i was so

disgusted with pete for what he said, i never wanted to
speak to him ever again, of course he was the father, he

was my first, but he didn't know that, but i wasn't about to
tell him, who exactly did he think he was? following me then

calling me a whore basically.

I walked in the front door and locked it behind me then

grabbed a dr.pepper and went into my room, i had alot of

decisions to make, did i want to keep my baby? could i raise

a child especially as a single parent, my mother had
allready made it clear i wasn't ganna raise my child in her

home, not that i wanted to or anything.

I'd have to get a job, asap so i could get an apartment or

small apartment, and to pay my medical bills as far as I
knew being pregnant was exspensive, there were pills you

needed, Dr.Bills, clothes, diapers, cribs, formula, the
thought of it all made my head spin, how was i ever going to

afford this?.

I decided i should take it one step at a time, I didn't know

how far along i was, all i knew is I wanted to move out of

my parents house before I told them I was pregnant at least

i'd have a safe heaven if they freaked out.
